Trip was organized by Korea Tourism Organization
In Saturday we gathered in front of Korea Tourism Organization at 3:20pm and took the bus they
provided us with and we headed to Uijeongbu. We arrived around 5pm and gathered inside
Uijeongbu Art Center. the center is in front of bus station which make it easy to go back to the
subway station . One of the supervisors of the show came and explain the whole show for us in
English. after that we waited half hour until the show start.
they gave us our tickets and show started 6pm.
the show :
the story about Gyunwoo & Jiknyo who felt in love with each others. in the heavenly world.
Emperor announced dance competition and who win will marry his daughter. Jiknyowon and they got
married but God of wind refused the result and join God of jealousness to revolt and attack castle of
heavenly world. while they tried to kill Gyunwoo his wife came in the way and got killed and she
beame star. Gyunwoo got sad and the spirit of love and connect them both.
what i was expecting :
they told us its a culture show so first thing came to my mind is a show represent Korea and show
their tradition and culture.
my comments about the show:
- the show isn't family friendly: the show content isn't suitable for families and kids. its include alot
of sexual scene and sexual dance and cursing
- the show isn't a culture show: most of the show is about street dancing. the traditional dance part was less
- the content is not organize: i didnt get the whole picture they use a lot component
- the center is far from seoul they should add more shows to attract tourist to go all the way there
- the girls dress and moves were tooo sexual
