Chongga Kimchi World



 it a place where you can learn about Korean traditional food culture. you will have the chance to make your own kimchi. 

the place consistent 3 zones :


1:  Experience Zone 



its the place where the cooking classes hold  and where visitors make kimchi.. the food that we made were tteokbokki. and Kimchijeon. we made it and ate it however they let us take the kimchi we made with us .

2: Sales Zone


 here you can buy korean healthy food like Kimchi, sauce, dried seaweed, salted seafood and they are at discounted prices.



3: Information Zone
 they will tell you  about the history of kimchi and its benefits.also there are Recipe book and Kimchi information booklets available in Japanese, English, and Chinese.

The basic cooking program to make bossam Kimchi costs 12,000 (takes 30min) while the premium program of cooking and sampling tteokbokggi or Kimchijeon (and tasting rice wine) costs 25,000 won (approx. 90 minutes).

* Program hour: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (every hour, nine times a day)
* Experience Course:
Basic Course (30 min): Making Chinese cabbage Bossam Kimchi ~ 12,000won
Premium Course (60min): cooking and sampling Kimchijeon, Tteokbokggi, sampling of rice wine ~ 25,000won
※ Participants are encouraged to take their Kimchi with after completing the Kimchi experience program. For group tourists, delivery to the Incheon Airport is provided.


Shopping Information

* Korean food on sale
Kimchis: Pogi, Mat, Chonggak, Baek, Ggakdugi, Bokkeum, Gaeseong Bossam, etc.
Side dishes: Salted seafood (Myeongran, squid, Changran), Pickled vegetable (dried radish, sesame leaf)
Others: sauce (red pepper sauce), tea (citron, ginger), red vinegar, samgyetang (chicken ginseng soup), seasoning sauce, rice wine, etc
